Awesome. I have 4 Google nest mini that I'd love to repurpose for HA

I love the look of the photos, how do the digital files keep the eink look?
Thumbnail is like...

Reminds me of the photo quality I got off my first, cheap digital camera 25 years ago.
Designed to capture and display one photo at a time, making every frame deliberate and memorable.
Sort of like film cameras.

This sounds like buttonlessness is feature, when it's absolutely not the case. Physical buttons, which you can feel when you press them, make experience so much better.
Seems to be mostly a AI project and I didnt see what the maintainer of the project has any skills in outside of ideas. Not sure if anyone has any more info that wasent claude made.
Same lol, I love my Valetudo Dreame X40, but I would like a good FOSS option to
Very cool. I've been using Valetudo on a Dreame unit. Works well and prevents the unit from phoning home without sacrificing features. (Except I guess controlling it from outside your home, but there are ways around that too.) But it's not fully FOSS and hackability is thus more limited than a fully-FOSS option would be.
It's industry standard stuff
It also works with sheets
Awesome, glad to see an update!
I despise inkjet, but I understand why they've chosen the tech (I would even consider buying one).
I really do wish them success.
Neat, following.
This is really cool, but, where do you buy a roll of paper from?
A bike made for Sam Pilgrim!
FUTO has engaged in some pretty shady practices: https://drewdevault.com/blog/Whats-up-with-FUTO/
I just want an inexpensive one for managing consumer devices.
So more variety is good.
I like this. Jetkvm looked awesome but any proprietary binary blobs are a huge no for something like this
I have been looking for one that can do 2x 1080p screens and do audio devices over the network, but this one looks pretty cool
Cool. It's teleoperated, but they don't show the interface. Clearly a real-world use case is for disabled people to gain more independence in caring for themselves. I expect a custom interface would be another big chunk of money for hardware and coding.
