Is there any way to watch this without logging in to YouTube? A mirror on peertube perhaps?
Since divination is what I started my practice with - I think my current fixation would be astrology, but all-time favourite must be I-Ching. Astrology is surprisingly accurate when one ditches midern books in favour of origins like Tetrabiblos, while I-Ching feels more grounded and down-to-earth in results than Tarot or Runes.
Thanks, I'll give it a look.
Im reading 'the mind illuminated' by John Yates. Trying to improve my meditation skills.
Yayyy I love witchcraft
I'm delving into astrology for once. It seems interesting.
If you do consider getting a tarot deck, Lisa Porters mystical Tarot is very pretty
'Six Ways' Aidan Watcher. 'Advanced magic for beginners' Alan Chapman.
Perhaps that should have been titled "The Evil-Twin of The Enlightenment", so as to make it clear that it was talking about social-conditions, not moksha's-opposite.
I am uncertain if this is what you are looking for. All three books changed my perspective on myself and the world.
Liber null was an early read for me too.
What do you think are the important lessons in those books?
Liber Null and Psychonaut by Peter J. Carroll
Quantum Psychology by Robert Anton Wilson
And not necessarily esoteric
The Lucifer Principle by Howard Bloom
If you’re sitting on the floor, no matter what position, the key thing is that your hips should be higher than your knees. That lets your back rest in its natural curve which reduces stress and lets you sit longer and more comfortably. A firm cushion or low stool does that.
A chair, no need to destroy your knees like zen aspirants do.
Standing meditation is also a very energetic option.
Sitting around gathering dust will only get us so far
Pearls unto swine!
I see we have a gatekeeper.
