Is there anyway to make readsb or other part of an ads-b stack to send notifications when it detects a plane on the range?

Running an RTL SDR v3 with a homebrew antenna, pulling data into readsb that gets piped into other services like tar1090 for the front-end map display, and Skystats for all kinds of extra data like "Interesting aircraft" and various route data, including the most popular routes, origin airports, and airlines.
