Take the following point of view to understand what Bukele has done in the country.

The gang members in El Salvador are nothing close to the people affiliated with gangs in the US and elsewhere. These people are serial killers, there is no way to rehabilitate and reintroduce such individuals back into society.

It is like saying hey let's release El Chapo because his conditions in isolation are inhumane and antidemocratic or take any serial killer and rapist in the same context.

For the people that have been caught and claim to be innocent it is far from the truth. Some of these individuals were aiding these gang members in many ways maybe because of close ties to their families. Being of aid to these people makes you just as guilt, you are not innocent.

If you own a used car or is getting ready to purchase one, buy yourself an obd2 scanner. You can avoid making a bad purchase or getting scammed by a mechanic when it is something you can easily fix yourself.

And if you are truly broke, you can at least determine if the check engine is something you should addressed immediately or wait a couple weeks.

The shackles of society and what cripples the democratic ideology has been the indoctrination of religious beliefs. Nothing will change until the world is ready to move forward and accept innovations, science, spiritually, and truth.

The idea of hiding ones self with a hood or wearing a disguise it is quite ancient... It is not clear why you are trying to connect this concept with central and south america, I get your point, but it doesn't require such a complex comparison. The purpose here is quite simple.
