If the title says "step-x" I'm not clicking. Fine, it's a kink... so why is it in every fucking video?

"amateur" porn used to be couples filming themselves fucking and uploading it. Sometimes it was done without consent which is bad, but it was authentic. It was people who liked each other, having a good time, and resembled real sex. Now it's the same scene with the same porn positions and porn angles and porn choking and porn noises.

Lesbian porn shot entirely for male consumption is awful. Why are you moaning while sucking a dildo? Grow up.

Long nails make me cringe.

The biggest distinguishing factor in porn for me is whether there's a woman who looks like she's having a good time, like she might actually cum at some point. It's pretty rare. What's doubly frustrating is when she looks like she might be starting to actually get into it, and then we get a shot of something else -most often her pussy or arse - instead of her face.

I like fantasy and sci-fi, and in erotica I like that to be part of the sex: a spell that makes you cum, or makes you horny, or enhances your body. Or a potion. Or a machine or serum.

There's a lot of good non-con angles there if you're into that, which let you explore a conflict between non-consent and enjoyment, or consent with an awareness that the character's unaffected mind would not have consented.

A lot of places are cracking down on non-con content. I can understand it in videos to an extent, where some stuff is clearly supposed to be interpreted as fully nonconsensual, even if it is mostly actors - sometimes people upload videos of rape.

The ridiculous thing is hosts cracking down on written and drawn non-con, which doesn't harm anybody.
