Not clear from the article, but i wonder whether these concessions reliant on the Zionist entity actually ceasing fire?

    International companies will slowly move in, and start to price drive up prices, and underpay the locals (the few they hire for menial labor instead of importing labor) it will only be once the grand gentrification is complete, and the last local priced out of the strip, that the genocide will be realized.
