Advice: belt, avoid clashing patterns with tie and vest.

Also the two color families of blue in one outfit doesn't work for me. Go with either a bold blue or a light blue or a pastel blue - but then generally stick with that color family for the rest of the look.

That vest with chain would be dope over a crisp white shirt.

Or drop the vest and chain and add a belt and the blue shirt and tie (with a nice tie clip for bonus points) can carry themselves.

The watch chain is a bit much and I'll echo the pattern advice from the other poster. A solid on the vest or tie would do wonders and the lack of a belt makes it look haphazard
