The greenhouse emissions listed there are in total of the entire country and not just in the energy sector...
The numbers are 5 years out of date.
Even then your numbers are wrong. 218 GW is the sum of all of germanys energie production as stated in the article. 199,764 t CO² the german energy sector produced.

That (to keep with your skale) comes to 0.916348623853211 g CO²/kW

Now i dont even need to calculate it down to the hour to just show you didnt do math, didnt read the article, dont understand measurements and just pulled these numbers out of your ass.

You can nickpick the "up to date", the methodology, the precision of the number all you want . the result is the same : germany produce twice as much C02 as France per capita. any search will confirm that : https://worldpowermonitor.com/compare/france-vs-germany/ , https://countryeconomy.com/countries/compare/germany/france?sc=XNC1, https://www.iea.org/countries/germany/emissions Pretending otherwise wont change the fact. We can still argue that may be nuclear is a short term solution, or something

Per capita is still not per CO²/kWh like you portrait it.

Yes germany produces more. But germany also has vastly more renewable energies than france and a faster growing sector. Germany with that growth of back then would have reached Net-0 neutrality by 2035 and france not even in 2040. All stated in the article.

This isnt about nitpicking data. This is about active misinformation on your part. I can also say "wow look france is an unstable mess" when i look at only the yellow wests protests and "germany is so peaceful and look at a village in the Eifel

How do we cool the reactors in droughts like the last years when the rivers and lakes dried out? Where do we get the tungstan control rods an uranium from? Where do we store the waste?
