We are starting to see meaningful fines. The next step is to jail people for breaking the law.

The original fine was 219.5 billion.

It was lowered to 25 billion.

Sure. Meaningful. I guess.

    isnt this in america? obviously it wont actually be used for education. least educated “developed” country in the “west”.

    I look forward to being disappointed when meta appeals this and they only have to pay the original 4 billion they wanted to pay.
