As someone who went through abuse by his teachers along with bullying in high school i think i have an idea about what's the story is basically my idea is that the game is a dream of a child with the dream being a manifestation of his school life Baldi does not beat him physically but actively mentally tortures him (which is what happened to me) and the rest of the Kids either dont mind what happens or actively using the situation to their advantage to hurt the kid more the priniciple is a representation of how Higher ups would rather defend the teacher then the student even if the teacher is undoubtedly in the wrong
