South Carolina's 1st Congressional District race for the seat held by Republican Representative Nancy Mace, who gave it up to launch an unsuccessful campaign for governor.

I love that for Nancy Mace.

Also, from Wikipedia:

Without having won any county in the state, and being left on fifth place in her home county of Charleston, [Nancy Mace] stated that she will go "back to the private sector" after the end of her third term in Congress.

lol. lmao even.

Anyway, assuming the projections hold, congrats to Representative-Elect Lacore.
