Yes! They have a thriving transmedia franchise going back to the 90s. Lots of comics and books. Honestly I kinda just judged a book by its cover and grabbed one at the library and now I'm 8 or 9 books deep. I mostly reference the wiki page to find associated novels.

Some that I've enjoyed are Into Charybdis, The Cold Forge, Colony War, and Cult. Honestly even the bad ones are nice, easy reads. Basically anything associated with Amanda Ripley, Zula Hendricks, or Dr. Blue Marsalis is great. I'm wrapping up Inferno's Fall now, which touches on the engineers and black goo a bit. Novelization of Isolation is good. They're all rad!
