Why just games? What about the Photoshop clone? Seems like making a derivative of anything should be blocked, but that's all it can really do in the first place.

    I think their point is that it was trained on literally billions of repos and other software written, but because those developers don't have hundreds of lawyers on retainer with an unlimited budget; their intellectual property rights don't seem to be a concern to the slopmasters.
