Easiest is probably with a DNS firewall to block all Samsung traffic. I recommend NextDNS.

Next level would be using ADB to uninstall tipycally uninstallable-apps.

Final level would be replacing your stock Android with something like LineageOS or eOS. I have no experience with either of those, other than installing eOS to a friend, but I use GrapheneOS and it's such a joy, I can't imagine using any other Android ever.

My previous cellphone was a Samsung with stock Android and the difference with GrapheneOS is insane. I'm talking going Windows-to-Linux-levels of using software that isn't constantly spitting on your face kind of insane.
