Netanyahu announced new security doctrine for Israel. He said: "You dont wait to absorb or accept the building of offensive capabilities against us, and you dont rely just on interpreting the enemys intentions. Intentions could change overnight. Friends can become foes overnight."

He said Israel will strike first. And he said friends can become foes. This is about Turkey. Middle East Eye reported that Netanyahu accused Turkey of leading an extreme Sunni axis. He said conflict with Turkey is possible under this doctrine. He said Israel is not about to capitulate.

The doctrine has 10 principles. It calls for preemptive strikes and buffer zones. And it says no Palestinian state will ever be established. So Israel is openly saying it will attack anyone it sees as a threat. This is state terrorism.
