Interesting this is all coming out now. Yes, trump is on the ballot, and it’s looking like his own party wants rid of him, even if they don’t want the credit in case it backfires.

They’re pussies, but I’ll pet them for a minute as long as they’re not vomiting in my shoes for now.

The most charitable interpretation is that they're banking on taking at least one chamber of Congress and actually being able to remove him from office this time. That it simply wasn't worth releasing any of this stuff before because they knew the GOP had control of everything and would kill any attempt to hold Trump accountable.

The less charitable interpretation is that this is just an attempt to swing the midterms more in their favor and no matter the outcome nothing meaningful will come of this.

I'm hoping for the more charitable interpretation, but even of it's the other case if it moves the needle even a bit away from MAGA I'll take it.

True. I’m also thinking the GOP has stopped fighting some of these releases. That some of this info wasn’t available to dems before, and GOP insiders are leaking it to take him down and try to go back to when things were more comfortable and less chaotic for them. They want to keep their own jobs, benefits, and vacation homes, and they’re tired of the constant upheaval.

I honestly think some of this is GOP powered, not that the dems have been holding back.
