Is the Cornucopia used by the Fruit of the Loom brand actually a Mandela Effect or is it like, proven they had that as their logo for a real actual period of time before they ditched it? What sorcery (lemmy.world)

I swear to god i remember the cornucopia (or horn of plenty)

What is their actual objection to it being the Horn of Plenty??

I feel like if they just leaned into it it would be the best sales-boosting/marketing coup of alltime!

I feel like I need a tinfoil hat on to be reading this but in general I agree that this seems plausible, if only because it wouldn't be nearly the dumbest or weirdest thing I've heard of the government or a corporation doing

    Exactly my feeling at the time and it's why I bought into it.

    Is it real? I honestly can't say anymore. But I'll keep remembering that one dude who went searching for old clothes for months just to find the cornucopia he was sure existed and eventually proved himself right.
