Just saw this while leaving the gas station. No further details.

While I'm here, we've also had this Lightning McQueen in the neighborhood for a bit now.

    The headlamp is all covered up in sticker, this probably isn't a street legal car and just for fun. Probably a beater they bought.

    fwiw where I'm from you don't need headlights for daylight driving. or seat belts, doors, turn signals (use hand signals), windows, hood, trunk...
