SOLVED: [Bug] Sharing/Copying from certain instances yields dead comment links (programming.dev)

I had made a note to get back to a commentator after doing something according to this comment of theirs that I stored: https://piefed.world/comment/5198703

But the link itself seems to be dead. Is anyone willing to help me play detective work, especially one who knows their way around how Lemmy's comment-numbering system works, or is this just a weird issue with Blorp?

I am an admin, so I can still see the account, but it is flagged as having been deleted. Also, if you try to load up the OP's profile on their home instance, it 404's.
