Looks like it's cleared out, but Singapore OPL (Outside Port Limits) is filling up. I haven't seen this sandbar this full since COVID.

    I think they are different vessel types or classes, at least on https://www.vesselfinder.com/

    but not sure what or how they are categorized ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
