NorthPoint is offering the township $120 million to support the community's police department and other services over the next 15 years.

$10,000 check for the local home owners and land lords lol. Good luck selling your house by then.

I had a film class prof warn us about the sheep's eye scene but it didn't make watching it get sliced with a razor much better.
