• The fascists have a quota of 3000 people abducted a day nationally, so they don't care what their status is.
• For-profit concentration camps (like this run by GEO Group) are paid per person enslaved.
• They actually are enslaved, as they are normally never convicted of a crime but instead forced to work what is called "optional" labor. However, the labor is far from optional as refusing to do it will land you in solitary confinement or other forms of punishment.

What is happening to America is what we saw start happening to businesses in the 70s and 80s. Corporate raiders buy up a business to saddle it with their own debt, transfer all wealth out, and eventually bankrupt it and part it out.

The wealthy finally have enough money and power to start doing this to big countries. The end result they are going for is several smaller countries, each controlled by a different corporate structure, none of which will be able to stop them as they go after other countries.

This is not "trump's plan". He is just doing what he always does, destroying a business while he remains legally clear of showing that he is doing so intentionally, enriching himself and the people who paid him to do it in the process.
