Me too. In lieu of bravery I'm inching my way forward, making small changes.

Find one thing you can do that doesn't feel impossible and do it. Something that you really want but is deniable and not permanent. Just enjoy it. Then do another thing, stepping closer to what you want without making any huge life changing commitments.

Eventually, some things that had felt impossibly big becomes the next logical step, something you just want to do.
