Problem with Discord on the Deck? (lemmy.world)

Good morning, I'm having trouble with getting Discord to open on my deck. There aren't any updates available, but when I go to open it, it just spins and doesn't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but still nothing. What next?

This is on both desktop mode and in gaming mode.

I'm using Vesktop and it seems to be working fine, but I also don't use it that actively or frequently. But when I do, no issues. I'm on a generic (also arch based) Linux install, not the steam deck in particular. Might be worth a shot if other options fail.

    I don't know anything a Vesktop, I need to use discord since I'm in a voice chat with a friend on Xbox
