It's a quote from The IT Crowd. It's "Goth to Boss" - an informercial scheme from a guy (Richmond) who was a boss, started listening to Cradle of Filth, became a goth, got demoted, and then became a self help guru to teach goths how to be bosses - only to admit defeat, and become just a goth again.
