The Ladder Room is an area that Kane Pixels encountered in The Backrooms (Found Footage). It most notably contains a ladder leading into a hole in the wall. On the other side is an almost identical-looking room with an additional hallway, which emits a faint green glow. A civilian named Kane discovered the room shortly after falling into the Backrooms. He climbed the room's ladder, entering the hole in the wall before continuing down a hall on the other side.
