The Bible teaches respect of rulers repeatedly, you must submit to them.

In short, they are selected by God, and could not be king without the approval of God. The throne means he is chosen, otherwise he would not be sitting upon it.

God will be the judge of them, not you. So.... Trump gets a pass, Biblically speaking, at least from your judgment. If God agreed with you, you'd be king, instead.
