Cracked quest games exist already, there are side load redistributables which allow you to bypass meta authentication.

So sailing the high seas sounds like an option. But ideally, publishers who want the additional distribution but can't the arsed to make a new x86-64 version of their game for PCVR, could at least squirt out a new build that leaves off the Oculus DRM.

For the Steam Frame, x86-64 is run through a compatibility layer already anyway, so who's to say that would be any better than the Lepton compatibility layer? At least for Frame users, obv.

I understand lepton works in the other direction, and you wouldn't need processor architecture conversion to go from Android VR to frame VR.

I'm saying if you want additional horsepower, converting Android VR (meta apps) to full fat pcvr to run on a real computer to then stream to a quest or a frame or to play those titles on index, vive, etc.
