a drawing of Hatsune Miku in her Magical Mirai 2018 dress flying in a bright sky among party balloons and confetti; her giant teal-to-lavender twintails are each as long as two Mikus, floating and curling around some distance from her sides; she is holding a megaphone on a microphone stand with two balloons with the numbers 39 and 01 printed on them

Yup, Miku is lucky and gets posts here both on 3/9 and on 8/31. It helps that she gets drawn floating in every conceivable way. This megaphone on a mic stand seems to be specific to 2018 Magical Mirai Miku, and she's often airborne when we see it.
