L' Aéroplume - Avril 2019 by Grotte de la Salamandre: YouTube, Grotte de la Salamandre #balloons

a GIF of the Aeroplume, an airship powered by a person with wings attached to their arms; it's gracefully floating around Salamander Cave, a very tall cavern lit up with colorful lights, with a thin cable held by an unseen handler on the ground so they don't bump into the cave walls, or sometimes, pushing the Aeroplume by hand

Did the cave do this or is someone named Salamandre Cave?

It's an activity in a cave posted to the cave's YouTube account. The pretty cave itself is stealing the show here. Who owns the cave? Does anyone own the cave? I don't know how cave tourism works.
