Fair question. It's easy for me to make suggestions because I'm on the other side of the world. My day to day is tough and overlaying everything I already need to do with suggestions like "move to another country" is just insensitive to the point of being offensive. That said ...
Plan to move to another country. It's possible or likely that you're unable to, but would would need to happen for you to be able to move in, say, 10 years time. What's the first step in that direction. It probably involves researching what skills you need to have to land jobs in other countries. There's a bunch of professions for which companies will arrange visas for skilled employees.
Connect with your community. Be part of community groups, connect with people, know peoples names and make small talk when you bump into them. Get to know people in your street, do nice things for them, take the bins in for them. Et cetera. Fascism and other far-right nuttiness is thriving in todays world of isolated, lonely people. Strong communities are the antidote to the hatred and anger that supports fascism.
Finally, vote and help others do so. Make a plan for what you need to do on the day. Assist others with their own plans.
