I really hope the following happens despite Carney and the Conservatives.
We should already start the phasing out process.
- Ban non-commercial vehicles sizes by a huge amount.
- Ban highly inefficient vehicles.
- Create a much wider ban on obnoxiously loud vehicles -- all of them, including sports cars, trucks, motorcycles, so people replace with vehicles that don't disturb the peace.
- Incentives folks to buy bikes and e-bikes.
- Carbon incentive was a good idea, but did get the good momentum it deserved.
- The climate is becoming much worse, drastic measures are needed to be taken. And its our responsibility to bring them. I have no sympathy for any of these gas guzzling folks.
