My point is that it’s extraordinarily cold of you to imply that all contractions of the measles are instances of natural selection.

    Oh... well, it was more like a general observation: not all hawks that starve to death have small claws, but it is likely that those with small claws will greatly contribute to the toll. (analogy pulled out of my ass)
