Too many stupid people enjoying comforts under the protection of our sciences, while simultaneously selectively rejecting the very thing providing said comforts and protections. I have no more empathy left for them.

    Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns doctors with syringes. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lieutenant Weinberg? Jenny McCarthy? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago natural immunity, and you curse the Marines vaccine. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that Santiago's death preventable diseases extinction, while tragic necessary, probably saved saves lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives.
