Amanda Robbins is angry about the war with Iran. She’s angry about the price of gas.

But mostly, the 35-year-old resident of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, is mad at herself for backing President Donald Trump at the ballot box. Not once, not twice. “Three times,” Robbins said while she fueled up at the Penn Jersey Mart here.

“That was my bad. Apparently, I’m an idiot.” Robbins was so fed up that she used an expletive to describe the president: “a worthless pile of s---.”

Im in 2 minds about this kind of thinking. Its impossible to know which one it is.

In the back of my mind I'm always aware that anything I see through a screen isnt necessarily reflective of reality. Until I see it for myself I can't guarantee something is really happening.

If you tell me my hero is a child-raping murderous piece of shit I'll struggle to believe it because that's my hero. If youre the bad guy telling me my hero is bad, I'll double not believe it. Its just possible that for many people, eggs and petrol are the first actual consequences theyre actually seeing.
