A dog is crying while looking at a phone. The message shows an e-mail from Valve saying they didn't meet the minimum amount of sales to get a payment for the month so Valve won't send anything until it does.

So Steam gets to keep your money until you reach $100. What if you never hit $100? That's kinda fucked up.
