Apparently, the user whose PC order was canceled by Corsair without any "sensible" reason wasn’t an isolated case, as Corsair has confirmed that it also canceled DDR5 RAM orders placed on January 1. After the report on the Corsair PC order cancellation went viral, Corsair's official X handle announced the reason for the cancellation. We’ll cover this in more detail, as a larger story unfolded today and Corsair informed users via X and Reddit.

We do not currently accept pre-orders for DRAM kits

If they don't accept pre-orders as a rule, it seems hard to believe a system error would list something on a pre-order at any price. It reads like they listed the item too low and don't want to look like jerks for not honoring their own posted prices.
