    This is addressed in the video

    If it wasn't a coordinated effort by Chuck Schumer and the 8 rotating villains you mentioned (which are all not up for re-election, what a crazy coincidence), which is the most likely, then it goes to show how completely ineffective Schumer is at his job. Either way, they all need to go.
