is there no megathread on lemmy?

shouldnt the whole point be to leave reddit behind..? I just read so much on that megathread, with lots of questions, but Im shadow-banned there (tldr mod powertrip in my opinion, happy to retell the crazy statements) ..I cant search for posts/getting shitty sample results (i.e. even no chronologic order searching by new) for example..

so my questions in my head are kinda unanswered and here I cant seem to find the relevant communities/posts :/ arent there any plans to establish an alternatvive to RPiracy here on open souce lemmy?

okay let's say I don't have reddit and don't want to anymore
