I don't think there's a device which has the Advance SP form factor, has thumb-sticks, and can play PS2 games. If you're not married to the form factor (but if you'd still like a clam-shell), the the Retroid Pocket Flip 2 which is supposed to be able to play PS2 games.

Good read! The gifs are a nice addition. I (somewhat recently) bought myself an Anbernic RG DS and I installed Rocknix on it. It works, but it’s a bit of a messy experience. I might try Cocoon.

To anyone thinking about buying a 3DS: If you like the form factor and if you're not opposed to emulation, I'd suggest you look at some dual-screen Android handhelds like the Anbernic RG DS, Retroid Pocket Duo, or Ayn Thor. They're quite neat pieces of hardware. The Retroid and Ayn handheld are powerful enough to emulate 3DS games, the Anbernic one (the only one of these I own) isn't, but it's able to emulate DS and PSP games quite well and play simple 3D games (I've spent last weekend trying to run Morrowind on it).

I wish Knytt Stories, the sequel which allowed for creation of user made levels, also got some love. There's still a tiny community of people making levels for it.

    Hiya!

I have a Raspberry Pi 4B set up as a print server, so it has to run 24/7. But it irks me that it's mostly idling.

I'd move my website to it, but I don't want to deal with it being open to the internet. The same goes for an e-mail server.

I was also thinking of running a Minecraft server on it. (Being able to play on the same world from different devices is kinda cool.) Alas, my RPi only has 4 GiBs of RAM. I worry that such a load would interfere with the print server.

Any ideas what I could run on it?
