There neighbor kids called me mariquita (cissy, ladybug, often derogatory) one time when I was on my porch dressing more femme, and I had to look the word up, but I basically agreed with them.
I ❤️ 🦈!
I mean, it is funny
Your Jellyfin has ads? Why did you put them in your library?
At first I thought this was bathroom tile with printed designs on it, and I was so confused
This is my all time favorite show. It arrived in my life just when I needed it, and I'll be forever grateful to Glitch and Gooseworx for making it. I'm glad the ending was a bit of a slow burn. It allowed me to grieve and say goodbye to this show which has given me something to look forward to every few months for the past year and a half since I started watching. My favorite media is often less popular and less polished. All that matters to me is that it helped me grow as a person and make good memories along the way.

Maybe I'm not perfect, but at least I don't have to be a quiet person is my preferred setting for the past 6 years
When people here say "Temu" they mean any place where you can buy from companies that have forgettable names, don't care about their reputation, and have zero incentive not to spy on their users and sell their data.
We mean "don't buy things that you won't have full control over just to save money or get a feature that you want".
Best of luck regardless, may your next phone be rootable and repairable!
Girls, Girls! You're both pretty. Can I go home now?

![A Firefox screenshot of a vanilla HTML page that states: "Your ip address 208.67.[redacted] has been banned. If you think this is a mistake then please contace bans@knowyourmeme.com immediately and make sure to include your ip address. This should be obvious but if you don't include your ip address then there's no way to unban you. Don't include a screenshot of this page or any other page in the email; it's just a waste of time. NOTE: If you're thinking of claiming that your ip address is actually 192.168.X.X and not the one listed above: 192.168.X.X is a private ip address for your local network and it's irrelevant to the outside world."](https://lemmy.zip/pictrs/image/3b162493-349d-4566-833c-5a0f9623ae33.webp)
![Quote from the Wikipedia article for Falsetto with many unsourced claims. "Falsetto is more limited in dynamic variation and tone quality than the modal voice.[citation needed] Falsetto does not connect to modal voice except at very low volumes, leading to vocal breaks when transitioning from modal voice.[citation needed] In the absence of modern vocal training to hold back the volume of modal voice, in this overlapping area a given pitch in modal voice will be louder than the same pitch sung in falsetto.[20] The type of vocal cord vibration that produces the falsetto voice precludes loud singing except in the highest tones of that register; it also limits the available tone colors because of the simplicity of its waveform.[citation needed] Modal voice is capable of producing much more complex waveforms and infinite varieties of tone color.[citation needed] Falsetto, however, does involve less physical effort by the singer than the modal voice and, when properly used, can make possible some desirable tonal effects.[6]"](https://lemmy.zip/pictrs/image/7be2ccf4-9e81-4834-9c88-446f28f13231.webp)
