Now wait a minute, did we all collectively decide to forget the most impeachable offense of any recent presidency? Remember when President Obama wore a tan suit? A TAN SUIT???
Or even if you take the bribery angle out of it, the less politicians earn, the less it incentivizes working class people from going into government because they need the money. The net result is you end up ruled by the wealthy (including those who will advocate for pay decreases for congresspeople, which just worsens the problem).
I'll add my own recommendations as well!
- Mike Okay (travel)
- Any Austin (niche gaming deep dives)
- Inheritance Machining and This Old Tony (machining)
- Pask Makes (woodworking, metalworking)
- Tested (particularly Adam Savage's One Day Builds series)
- Quips&Guac (MTG)
- Pete Complete and Ambiguous Amphibian(gaming challenge and long form roleplay series)
Just finished Last Argument of Kings this morning and I feel so conflicted about it D:
Still an enrapturing series. I love Abercrombie's writing style and Steven Pacey is the best audiobook narrator I have ever listened to. Give The Devils a go if you haven't read it yet—it's the same gritty fantasy as the First Law but adds some much appreciated humor and levity into the mix!
Thank you for all the hard work! Happy birthday.zip!!
Glad this is the case but god DAMN if it isn't sickening and so stupid that people have to crowd fund life saving medical procedures. Completely embarrassing for this country.
As a Gen Z'er I will definitely be using this incredibly stupid joke even though "67" is 100% a Gen Alpha thing.
I'd like to propose another immigration reform bill: the CHIP ROY Act. The bill would allow us to deport, denaturalize, and deny US citizenship to Christian Hypocrites, Islamophobes, Pedophiles, and Racist Old Yokels.
I'm giving "explicit notice" for the entire judicial system to EAT MY ASS. Fucking do something already. This continual warning bullshit has worked wonders so far. FUCK.
Thank you for all your work and happy birthday to your kiddo!

"It is better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt." - Abraham Lincoln (or honestly a like a dozen different other sources...this one has many different variants).
