He's trying to show you how kids sometimes ask questions - it can often be a neverending list of follow up questions. The most basic version is a kid asking over and over "but why?" to every response when really they aren't taking in your responses to begin with.
Painting with a broad brush much?
Another factor that hasn't been mentioned yet is it gives cops pretty unilateral right to pull you over if they feel like it. IANAL, but in many places it's illegal for a cop to pull you over just for "being suspicious", but because of speeding and various other traffic laws on the books that are almost universally ignored, they can pull you over for speeding, then decide you seem suspicious and search your car, breathalyze you, etc.
This isn't true - there's plenty of music where the tempo stays pretty strict throughout but still calls for a conductor! The conductor serves to keep the full ensemble together generally, but of course professional groups could probably get through a whole piece without one if the tempo doesn't change much. The conductor also serves to unify the group in terms of interpretation, how loud or soft to play, how smooth or separated the notes should be, which instruments/voices should be more noticeable than others, and so on.
This is an incredible comment
I mean, having to deal with the torrent of that type of content was a big reason why the admin of lemm.ee quit altogether, so I would wager it happens quite a bit.
Edit: This content is also quite explicitly illegal in many jurisdictions, and hosting it on your instance can get you landed in jail.
You're not supposed to be able to beat every optional boss you find the first time you see it, unless you really are a parry God. The game allows you to circle back to optional bosses at later opportunities quite regularly.
At 0:36 they distinctly say "6-7"
.... Teaching middle schoolers has affected me more than I'd like to admit.
A bit tangential, but just want to respond to your as someone who teaches singing and has to do a lot of talking in my profession - teaching (generally) involves a lot more talking than people tend to realize, and suddenly doing that after a long period will tire out anyone's vocal cords! I know my voice is typically shot the first week of teaching after summer break if I'm not very mindful about how I use my voice. This isn't like muscular atrophy though, the voice bounces back quick and adjusts to the increased use as long as you stay hydrated and don't push it too far past the fatigue and risk injury.
This has really worked pretty well for me. I have to stop myself from researching optimal builds and strategies when I'm learning a game because it always accelerates the path to no longer enjoying the game.
The most fun I have is when I approach it the way I would've as a kid: what looks cool?
Turns out games are a lot more fun when you're discovering everything yourself and learning as you go!
Boycotting absolutely works, it simply requires a large enough amount of consumers to boycott that it affects the company's bottom line more than they stand to gain by following through with the reason folks are boycotting.
Mate, the article links to the study, rather than be pedantic about the title you could read the study and figure out how they did the math yourself.
