You can find SAD lamps made for this. I think there are even some that attach to your body. "Verilux HappyLight" is the best I could quickly find, not recommending it exactly, just as a starting point.

But I agree with the person who said "movement". I get that's kinda a "solve your problem by solving your problem" piece of advice, but it's just kinda how it is. It just sucks a little but forcing your way through will make it better, and eventually you grind the habits in

    Embedded MIDIs

I was there, Gandalf. My speakers still forgotten near full volume from my earlier Napster binge.

*Actually I remember one single time this was awesome.

I was into this webcomic called Life of Riley, and it was finally hitting the series climax where the main zeitgeist had broken free from Lillith's mind control and turned on her releasing a burst of his aura at her with the sfx noise, "SHA!"

And on that single strip they embedded Initial D's crazy for love just right so that just as you're reading that panel (probably hopefully), the song goes "SHA!" and starts building to its crescendo as the fight is ramping up.

    Shit was fire

Because Alistor is a crafty fucker.

More genuinely... they're not entirely overlapping experiences. Just listening without needing to stare frees room for more consideration or imagination.

There are things that are better on a TV, like a Marvel movie, and things that are better on a radio, like a Douglas Adams story.
