I'd care a lot more if I could figure out how to get Hitman Absolution to run. Last time I tried installing my GOG version, it wouldn't run after installation on wine, proton, or any other method I tried. I failed to get it running and gave up, so if they can get it running through their platform I'll absolutely get the launcher when it's out of beta and officially launched.

I feel like another good tactic, if you know multiple languages, is to switch between them. If they don't get confused and/or as to why you switched, and/or just switch with zero hesitation, that could be a potential sign.

Probably works best if you know like 3 languages and at least one is something completely detached from the other 2. I mean, what are the odds you run into someone else who knows, for this completely hypothetical scenario, English, German, and Tagalog? Or another 3rd language far removed from the other 2?

    Edit:

I feel like this would work best on a first "meeting" kind of deal. You get a DM or SMS or call from someone and they don't even acknowledge the conversation has eventually shifted languages. You haven't given them any reason to believe you speak multiple languages nor any indication you speak a far removed language. But they don't acknowledge the shift and keep the conversation going at all costs. That kinda thing.

As much as I hate generative AI, at the very least, having to disclose is probably the better solution than an outright ban. At least with disclosure, you can make the decision to not download something someone tried their hardest to basically go full CEO on and claim all the credit for despite not actually doing any work on it.

Yeah, but then, if you were like me, you spent most of the rest of your time watching TV or playng video games if you had nothing else to do. You basically always kept yourself entertained by those... despite the fact I also read a lot more back then.

Yo! I would love that! Getting to become one of my main fursonas!

Either one would be cool by me. Either a beaver with cool hair or a wingless dragon whose broken genes means he'll never look old would be fine by me.

Cannot wait for the news that SUSE becomes the latest target of exploits and such due to vibed cuck code... all because they fired people who knew how to do their job correctly for "AI and automation".

We need no nonsense leaders who will do everything in their power to kill generative AI like centuries ago. Another project is slowly killing itself by a thousands cuts by a radioactive knife.

Not a post, but I basically saw this same thing happen in a yt comment thread of a reaction video for a show. Someone basically did the whole "x did y, probably" kinda joke and someone had to come in and ruin it.

    Edit:

I'm wrong. I found the comment and it's more of a "x didn't do y, but are we gonna wait until x does?" kinda joke. Also, the joke ruiner just had to make the joke accurate to the character/situatiob in the show because clearly that made the joke funnier, am I right? Ugh...

Yo! I would absolutely LOVE to see someone handcraftingly go through the stuff for Treasure Tails and build a form of it!

I might even be somewhat interested in learning how to code for whichever system this was on just to do it even... presuming I don't give up quickly.

Considering it's very rare I am playing online outside of with friends, yes on occasion. With friends, I obviously don't cheat because duh, but even for the one MMO I play, I don't wanna risk being banned on a fan server for an MMO literally designed for kids. So, not for games against other players, though, unless everyone has the same advantages or an agreement is made.

As for singleplayer games, I see no harm, so at various points I might do it. Kinda game dependent, though. If speedup is considered cheating, then yes I cheat at Mindustry using a game speedup mod. Same with the mod that allows me to take control of and explode my units at will, which I barely use. Only ever need it to clear some units blocking my visibility when building in crampt sectors after capturing them, though.

Though, I heavily use cheats ( debug mode ) in the Pokemon Rejuvenation fangame jist because of how long and difficult it is on classic mode vs story mode ( normal vs easy difficulty ). Debug mode just speads so much stuff up it's not funny. No need for me to worry about grinding EVs or wasting time if I have to run and grind exp candies to train another mon in my box.

Similar things can be said about other longer fangames that fall into the Reborn/Rejuv type very long and very story driven fangame category as well. I really like debug mode for those games because it just makes slogging through certain parts easier and less annoying in terms of not having to backtrack through an area to heal up.

Yeah, otherwise, I normally don't cheat too much, but am not against it. Especially considering I really don't care whether you cheat or not in a singleplayer game as long as you ain't deceiving others about your usage/achievements using them.

If done correctly, I agree they can be an art form. Especially with the right font as well.

I personally have a specific font I have for a personal spreadsheet that I consider a personal work of art. Everything is neatly organized in such a way that it makes gking through it super easy, IMO, and is aesthetically pleasing to my tastes also.

Although, what I do for that spreadsheet is somewhat basic compared to what others do, so I cannot say much with authority. Either way, I actually really like well and intentionally designed spreadsheets.

I am looking for a specific music video for an AFAIK original song. The song is in Japanese, title as well. Video follows a cute, short looking full-on kemono with dark gray fur, blue eyes ( not as sure on that one ), wings, and a blue sleep hat with either yellow or white dots on it.

As for the content's of the video, it opens, IIRC, with a menacing silhouette of the kemono before showing it. From what I can recall, it focuses on the kemono demon creature taking bites out of sheeps wool and eating them ( depicted in a weirdly cute and not violent way ), and a focus on the kemono being sleepy. Does have at least one scene of the sleepy kemono counting jumping sheep in his mind. I also rememver there being scene that depicted the kemono as being around as large as the moon and showing him eating at least part of the moon.

If I remember correctly, it's still relatively fresh since it's at most maybe 2-3 years old. I'm definitely gonna keep looking for it, but would absolutely appreciate any help finding it. Used to be something saved on my phone on newpipe before I had to switch phones.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has any info that could help.

    Edit:

2D animation. Was not a 3D model animated music video.

    Edit Edit:

Did more searching and seeing a video of music for a game that contained "でびる" ( debiru ) in the title made me remember that might be part of the name of who I was looking for. And it was. The video is a song by でびでび・でびる ( debidebi • debiru ). Apparently it's only around 2 months old, so my 2-3 years guess was absolutely way off!

The short film started with all these people in the middle of the square in some blue( ? ) void like space and eventually one moves, causing the whole thing to start to shift, so they all take a step forward. This happens until all of them end up at the edge of the square. They all look like the exact same person, down to their clothes.

Then they all pull out a fishing rod from their blue boats and start fishing. One of them ends up reeling in a heavy object, so the others run to the opposite end to balance out the square. The one guy ends up fishing up what turns out to be a big, square wind-up music box.

The remaining people all end up wanting it, so they all try to get it, but in the end there is only one of them who didn't get sent off the platform and he is on the opposite side of the platform to the music box, trapping him away from it forever basically.

I want to say it was from a German animator, but I can't remember if that's true or not. There's no dialogue whatsoever, so that doesn't help either. It's not from any time past the 2000s, that much I'm fairly certain of.

Any info is helpful and an advanced thanks is in order.
