That's obviously a tiger shark.

Wow, I was not expecting a hammerhead.
The mix of reds on the dwarf is quite gorgeous....
Very impressive!
Hell yeah. The subtle blue gradient and the weathering especially are fantastic.
These are sick as fuckkk
Ah nice, ill search it up.
Absolutely beautiful work. I've recently set up a community for one-page rules fans and I'd love for someone other than me to post some model shots there if you're interested

Awesome!
Amazing gradients! Good job, OP!
It's actually a perfect game for that. Missions are short and most of the players are pretty awesome and friendly. You don't need to grind or dump hours in regularly.
I'm sure. But I mean I'm nearing 40 and i've never picked it up before. Playing a mature game 3 times some weekend isn't gonna give me any chance to really experience it, and I doubt I can commit to much more
I imagine it's still well played... Community was always awesome
I missed the boat on that game but I'm a dwarf guy through and through. I gotta get on it sometime to just to see
Do you just pretend to be an ork, is that like your thing?
Thank you!
Thank you
There is also !ageofsigmar@lemmy.ca though not especially active.
Also plenty of minis on Mastodon if you follow relevant tags like #Warhammer40k,#minipainting etc
Picks up megaphone made of bones.
"How does this thing work???"
Thank you! Don't sell yourself short, it's not that far from there to here. All I've done is learn a few more tricks to makes hard things easy
I panted one or two 40k armies (literally not much more than a basic game worth and only played a few times) back in the day, closer to 2000. They barely belong in the discount bin compared to this piece. My only flair was figuring out how to brush the guns with silver well. Was still a fun activiy overall.
Awesome work!
Rock and Stone!?
It's my own model that I painted, yes. And thank you!
This is a Warhammer model but I use it to play OnePageRules. A balanced and streamlined wargame that lets you use any models you want, and with rules that are 2 pages long
This is sick! I can't tell based off the posted text: did you paint this, or find it somewhere?
I'm a DND player/ painter, but have always thought Warhammer models were more interesting to look at.
