I opened a bug report about something rather silly 3 years ago, they said "It's going to be fixed", and it's still not to this day.
After 1 year, I replied to my original report saying "Hey, it's still not fixed", and they once again assured me it was on the roadmap of fixes.
They are full of bullshit.
Needless to say, I canceled my subscription (which I didn't do before because I was on a 24 month subscription plan).

I wonder whether that response was llm generated.
It certainly reads like it was written by committee.
