The lack of health care will get them though.

I'd vote for him...
I'm done w discussions like this I think. People seem to make them polarizing.
Moreno called Fauci a 'total disgrace' during an explosive hearing on COVID origins.
The former chief medical advisor invoked the Fifth Amendment to avoid self-incrimination in the opening round. He then continued to do so 111 separate times when interrogated by lawmakers on the committee.
Hmmm...
Cant think of one
I don't know who knows. Any examples of a communist country that you adore?
Who knows?
Is communism bad?
Idk, that sounds like communism
Should be mass produced by government and distributed for free
Brought to you by vault-tec
I already have a fully stocked underground shelter with a year's supply of food and ammo for two. But I'd still like to have one of these.
I'll have to consult with the Mrs to see if she'll let me buy one! She already let me have my Tesla earlier this year.
I really want a Lifepod now!
It's so common that political scientists call it "widow's succession."
Democrats
Mary Jo Kopechne Mahoney: One of many congressional widows who succeeded a deceased spouse through appointment or special election.
Lurleen Wallace: Ran for Alabama governor in 1966 largely as a stand-in for her husband when he was term-limited.
Blanche Lincoln and many others came from established political families where name recognition played a major role.
Republicans
Darline Graham Nordone: Appointed in 2026 to temporarily fill Lindsey Graham's Senate seat after his death.
Lisa Murkowski: Appointed to the U.S. Senate in 2002 by her father, Alaska Governor Frank Murkowski, after he vacated the seat.
Cindy McCain: Appointed in 2021 to fill a vacant Arizona Senate seat that had previously been held by her late husband.
Agreed, when was time this happened?
Should be banned. BOTH parties do shit like this or let their spouses take over, and it's wrong every time.
Is family succession of an elected representative democracy in action?
Hate that. Should have been left vacant until an election.
Sure he does.
Lemmy was designed as a place where people can share different viewpoints, lifestyles, and ways of thinking. Because of that, you may come across posts or communities you strongly disagree with.
When that happens, the best response is to move on, block the person, or block the community. Lemmy gives users tools to control what they see. Diversity of thought is important, but fixation and extremism are not healthy. Be sure to use the tools provided so that you can stay healthy.
Update: After he admitted he was Unwitting Senior, and that he created and moderated the conservative community Conservative2, he started DM’ing me under that username last night. And then deleted the profile. LMAO
He vaguely talked about some doxing stuff after saying that admins were 'investigating' me and that they were keeping it a secret because they didn't want me to know. LMAO Then he told me I should definitely use a VPN and change my email.
Then he said he would like my “jawbone” to be hanging up on his wall. Guess he realized he had gone too far with that one, because he deleted that message and then immediately deleted that profile. lol
He deleted the jawbone comment before I could come back, take a screenshot, and report those comments to his admin. Probably a good idea, because that comment would have gotten him banned and he wanted to ragequit on his own terms.
Notice he calls me Aaron (and also created the alt, @HiAaron@lemmy.wtf) Not sure why he calls me that, but it's not like we can apply logic to stalkers.
Here are some of the other unhinged DMs from last night’s tirade that I was able to screencap:

It doesn't piss me off at all, but you're right in that he could be doing it just to create drama.
no, I think Hunter is doing this to piss you off
So you think TheHill .com posts ragebait and chums now? Really?!
It's a highly regarded news org.
it's ragebait, and you're chumming
